Yesterday, two more, and in back-to-back races no less: In the 3rd, 4-year-old Subtle Humor “took [some] bad steps” and was “vanned off.” The David Jacobson-trained filly was then euthanized back in the barn. In the 4th, 2-year-old Con Sneaky, under the whip for only the second time, “broke down approaching the eighth…[fell] heavily to the track and was humanely euthanized” (on-track).
